We want you to love your glasses. If you don’t, you have 30 days from delivery to return them.

Full refund

Within 30 days we refund the price of your glasses to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Email us at support@verlyoptical.com with your order number. We’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label, so returning is free for you.

Glasses must be complete and in good condition.

You can also exchange them for another frame — we’ll help you choose.
