How to Get Used to Progressive Lenses
Most people adapt to progressives in one to two weeks. These habits make the process faster and easier.
Point your nose at what you want to see
Turn your head toward the object, then move your eyes up or down to find the sharp zone.
Reading: lower your eyes, not your head
Hold reading material a bit lower and look through the bottom of the lens.
Computer: adjust your screen height
Place your screen slightly below eye level so you look through the intermediate zone naturally.
Stairs: tilt your head down
Look down through the top (distance) part of the lens when walking down stairs.
